I really like belt buckles used for this shoe! It makes the shoe feel more funky and young. The cork I thought was a good choice, especially when your aiming for a younger consumer. It helps make the shoe more casual and more wearable (both great things). Jeans would look really cute with the ‘Pout’, however you won’t be able to show off the style so I would do a casual skirt or dress.

Another pattern that is hard to pull off on shoes, hwoever I love the vertical yellow and cream stripes on this wedge! With little circle cutouts and buttons adding to the details this wedge could not be more cute! I think these would be really cute with shorts of bermuda shorts.

I think Michael Kors knows what he does best, hes great at making a classic look trendy and young. Speaking of which, did anyone watch the Project Runway finale?! (It was soo good) I love how hes mixing textures from the stiff weaved material for the body of the wedge to the rubber sole. You don’t quite see the rubber sole like this unless its one of those high heel tennis shoes (no good) but I think it works for this shoe, it keeps it looking younger and very warm weather appropriate.
